We seek to hire a Learning and Development Manager whose responsibilities include - designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for clients  and also to collaborate with patterns to identify training needs and develop effective learning solutions to address those needs.


Job Summary


The ideal candidate will generate business and support the growth and development of our clients employees.


Functions and Responsibilities



  • Business Development

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop learning solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

  • Design and implement effective training programs using a variety of delivery methods (e.g., instructor-led, eLearning, virtual, etc.).

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to learning and development.

Qualification and Experience Required:



  • First Degree in any social sciences

  • MBA / MSC is mandatory

  • Professional Qualified from recognized bodies

  • 10 years and above hands-on experience

  • Working experience in a consulting firm is an advantage
