JOB DESCRIPTION

To provide transaction evaluation and execution support in the origination, structuring, execution and closing of all infrastructure investments undertaken within the Infrastructure Fund and the Asset Management business 

QUALIFICATIONS

• First degree


• Minimum of eight (8) years of finance-related experience, preferably from a private equity, fund management, banking background or consulting background


• An understanding of lending (risk mitigation process and pricing of loans)


• Deep experience in leading transactions to Financial Close
