Job Description



  • The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for advertising and selling properties.

  • They will be tasked with growing the customer base by generating leads, consulting clients on market conditions, creating a list of real estate properties, presenting purchase offers, and developing competitive market prices.


Job Responsibilities



  • Coordinate sales efforts with a marketing program and generate new leads.

  • Communicate and conduct meetings with prospective clients and companies.

  • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of properties, providing advice on the suitability and value of the property.

  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.

  • Assist in the development of pricing schedules for quotations, promotions, and negotiations.

  • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers.

  • Advise clients on market conditions, mortgage rates, legal requirements, and related matters.

  • Compare a property with similar properties that have recently been sold to determine its competitive market price.

  • Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.

  • Promote the sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listings.

  • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, presentations/proposal power points, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.


Job Requirements / Qualifications



  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.

  • Excellent customer service and customer relationship management skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Critical and creative thinking.

  • Problem-solving and time management skills.

  • Good knowledge about real estate and local property markets.

  • Real Estate Market Analysis.

  • Ability to exceed sales goals/targets.

  • Strong prospecting and negotiating skills.
