- The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for advertising and selling properties.
- They will be tasked with growing the customer base by generating leads, consulting clients on market conditions, creating a list of real estate properties, presenting purchase offers, and developing competitive market prices.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales efforts with a marketing program and generate new leads.
- Communicate and conduct meetings with prospective clients and companies.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of properties, providing advice on the suitability and value of the property.
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Assist in the development of pricing schedules for quotations, promotions, and negotiations.
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Advise clients on market conditions, mortgage rates, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently been sold to determine its competitive market price.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Promote the sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listings.
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, presentations/proposal power points, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent customer service and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Critical and creative thinking.
- Problem-solving and time management skills.
- Good knowledge about real estate and local property markets.
