JOB SUMMARY


As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute data-driven performance marketing campaigns, optimize conversion funnels, and explore innovative avenues for growth. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for technology, data analysis, and creative problem-solving, along with a proven track record of scaling user acquisition in a SaaS or tech environment.


Job Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute end-to-end growth strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on user acquisition, activation, retention, and referral programs. 

  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to create and optimize targeted campaigns that drive inbound leads and conversions. 

  • Leverage data analytics and user behavior insights to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement across all stages of the user journey. 

  • Conduct A/B tests and implement data-driven experiments to optimize conversion rates, user engagement, and retention metrics. 

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and provide actionable insights. 

  • Utilize SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and other channels to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic. 

  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously innovate and adapt the growth strategy. 

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling marketing collateral and messaging that resonates with target audiences. 

  • Drive partnerships, collaborations, and influencer relationships to expand brand reach and awareness. 

  • Apply and promote SeamlessHR culture and core values at all times. 

  • Undertake ad hoc duties as agreed with your line manager. 


JOB EXPERIENCE


Functional/Technical Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. 

  • Proven experience of 5 years in growth marketing, user acquisition, or digital marketing in tech, or start-up environment. 

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, ABM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns. 

  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, etc.) to analyze user behaviour and campaign performance. 

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and adapt strategies accordingly. 

  • Creative thinker with the ability to ideate and execute innovative growth strategies. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content. 

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, particularly HubSpot. 

  • Results-driven approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets. 

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced start-up environment. 

  • Passion for technology, SaaS solutions, and staying updated on industry trends.
