Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support Superintendent Pharmacists to monitor Annual Registration of Up-country depot locations.
- Registration of new products marketed and distributed by the company with NAFDAC
- Relates with NAFDAC and other regulatory agencies for compliance issues including regulatory clearance of all shipment (NAFDAC stamping, sampling and release)
- Liaison with regulatory agencies for proper licensing and approvals required for ethical operations of pharmaceutical services.
- Proper record keeping of all controlled substances in the appropriate books as recommended by the Pharmacists council of Nigeria (PCN)
- Other administrative issues to be resolved within 48 hours
Accountabilities
- Ensuring that regulatory objectives are achieved -70%
- Ongoing compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
- Ensuring prompt communication of quality and regulatory issues to management and staff as necessary.

Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in any relevant discipline with 1-3 years experience
- Good Interpersonal relationship
- Team player
- Computer literacy; ability to use Microsoft words is critical
- Good communication skill
- Target orientation
- Leadership skills
