We are looking to hire a Backend Developer to build and implement functional programs. You will work with other Developers and Product Managers throughout the software development life cycle. In this role, you should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. Your goal will be to build efficient programs and systems that serve user needs.

• Minimum Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E)


• Remuneration: NGN 250,000 – 300,000

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts


• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications


• Integrate software components and third-party programs


• Verify and deploy programs and systems


• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software


• Gather and evaluate user feedback


• Recommend and execute improvements


• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting


• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers when required

Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience working with Javascript, PHP & Laravel


• Experience with Vue.js


• Experience and knowledge of test-driven development


• Experience and knowledge of micro-service architecture


• Ability to work in a team


• Knowledge and experience working with Git


• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures


• Experience and knowledge of building well-structured and documented APIs


• Experience and knowledge working with 3rd party services and APIs


• Minimum of 5 standard live projects.
