  • Manage relationships with key customers and ensure that the company’s solutions meet their needs.

  • Develop new business opportunities with these clients and has the overall responsibility for the growth and profitability of these strategic accounts.

  • Develop and implement Sales plans to drive growth within strategic accounts.

  • Create and implement Account Plans for all strategic accounts with short-term and long-term goals along with clearly defined steps to reach them.

  • Identify instrument upselling and test menu expansion opportunities within strategic accounts.

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of cross-selling and upselling opportunities (Instruments & consumables)

  • Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities or risks in the market.

  • Lead solution development efforts that address the customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

  • Develop short-, mid-, & long-term strategies to increase ISN’s market share in these accounts.

  • Collaborate with strategic account to provide quarterly reagent consumption forecast.
