Position/Qualification:

HND/BSC in Purchasing & Supply or any other relevant qualification with minimum of 5 - 8 years experience.

Budget is 230k(Gross) apart from other benefits.

Prefers candidates in the South East or its environs.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Assist in the procurement of Raw Materials & Packaging Materials.


• Manage the purchase of technical spares, High-Value Capital expenditure goods, Fixed asset, Diesel and all general consumables and services in line with the central purchasing strategies and method across company.


• Evaluating bids and making recommendations based on commercial and technical factors and reporting to Purchase Manager.


• Executing Project Procurement.


• To follow up all supply processes from order to pay.


• Manage the executions of purchasing requisitions, Approvals of Local Purchase order, Invoices and other related documents on SAP module.


• Proposal of Contractual Agreement with Strategic suppliers and Contractors.


• Preparing & Proposing Buying Proposals for further Management review.


• Ensure business continuity, manage risks, eliminate mono-sourcing and ensure no disruption of service.


• Spend Analysis and Development of cost reduction strategies to enhance purchasing.


• Market research and Pricing Intelligence.


• Manage all budgets and analyze pricing.


• Manage the Negotiations, Production of all Branding and Point-of-sales Marketing Items.

BASIC REQUIREMENT

• HND/B.SC.


• Minimum of 5 - 8 years cognate experience in food and beverages industries.


• Good written and communication skills


• Excellent negotiation skills


• Keen attention to details


• Basic computing skills and good with SAP module recordings.
