  • We are looking for a professional and highly organised recruitment professional to join the EjiCareersteam.

  • The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with brilliant interpersonal skills.


Responsibilities

Recruitment:



  • Source for effective recruitment channels to share job posts and attract top-notch candidates.

  • Assist with initial applicant screening, scheduling interviews and balancing calendars for interviewers and candidates.

  • Establish sourcing methods and source candidates from platforms like LinkedIn and through direct application responses.

  • Create and post detailed and transparent job ads that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of vacant positions.

  • Assess candidates’ proficiencies, shortlist, and conduct telephone interviews under supervision of manager.

  • Track applicants’ progress through the hiring funnel and ensure efficient communication of all applicant status changes.

  • Post jobs on all platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, EjiCareers page, and designated job sites.


Content Creation:



  • Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.

  • Developing content for Instagram blogs, articles, social media pages and company website.

  • Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.

  • Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content.

  • Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.


Business Development:



  • Develop a network of contacts, reach out to potential new clients and turn this into increased business to meet monthly targets.

  • Cold-call as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of clients and maintain relationships services, by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the network.

  • Research and build relationships with new partners.

  • Set up meetings between decision makers/client and the Senior Recruitment consultant.

  • Develop proposals that speaks to the partners’ clients’ needs, concerns, and objectives.

  • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.

  • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.

  • Track and record activity to meet set targets.


Requirements



  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or other related field.

  • 3-4 years experience as a recruiting specialist with a track record of employee placement.

  • Experience preparing well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms.

  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites.

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

  • Excellent writing and editing and communication skills.

  • The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

  • Must have a laptop.
