Key Responsibilities
- Lead Scoring and Qualification:
- Evaluate and prioritize leads based on their fit, behavior, and engagement with our products and services.
- Qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for potential conversion.
- Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
- Use cold outreach techniques, including email, phone calls, and social media, to generate interest and set up meetings with qualified prospects.
- Event Attendance:
- Attend industry-related events, conferences, and trade shows to represent our company, build relationships, and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare event materials and presentations.
- Sales Support:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their goals and provide them with high-quality, well-qualified leads.
- Ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads to the sales team for further nurturing and conversion.
- Database Management:
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead information, communication history, and lead status.
- Provide regular reports on lead scoring, lead generation activities, and event performance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales development, lead scoring, or lead generation in the banking/fintech industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong research skills and the ability to identify high-potential leads.
- Willingness to attend events and represent the company in a professional and engaging manner.
- Team Collaboration: Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met.
