Job Description

• To monitor and document the requisition and receipt of raw/packaging material


• To prepare material for local purchase items


• To manage and keep record of local purchase items


• To post all finished goods in the ERP daily


• To reconcile any differences in stock of materials with finance department


• To count all raw/packaging materials bi-weekly


• To count and determine the stock of local purchase bi-weekly


• To assist the plant manager in keeping all records


• To constantly liaise with inventory officer on the position of raw/packaging material


• To carry out any other job that might be assigned to you by the plant manager


• And any other duties assigned to you.

Qualifications

• OND / HND in Accountancy or Mathematics or Finance with 2 to 3 years of experience


• Must know how to use SAP or ERP to record details


• Female preferred for this position.


• Experience in FMCG is mandatory.


• Must be ready to take assessment/interviews immediately if shortlisted


• Must have good communication skills, interpersonal relationship skills and ability to use the Excel for data analysis, etc.


• Female Candidates from Enugu location and its environs preferred.
