Major Responsibilities



  • Manage all aspects of the lounge's daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.

  • Create and maintain a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for our guests.

  • Hire, train, and schedule staff to ensure smooth service operations.

  • Monitor and control expenses to maximize profitability while maintaining high standards of service.

  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lounge at all times.


Requirements



  • National Diploma degree in any field.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in lounge or hospitality management.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage a team and maintain a positive work environment.

  • Knowledge of beverage and food service, including alcoholic beverages.

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
