  • The Business Manager - Cybersecurity will play a pivotal role in driving business development, revenue generation, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:


Business Development and Revenue Generation:



  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the cybersecurity domain.

  • Identify appropriate customer groups to target; design optimal engagement strategies.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to generate revenue.

  • Foster partnerships and collaborations to increase market share and profitability.

  • Create and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to meet revenue goals.

  • Guide the creation of persuasive presentation that demonstrate the value of Halogen’s offering


Market Expansion and Strategy:



  • Analyze market trends, oversee research, competitor strategies, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

  • Develop, refine, and execute a market expansion strategy aligned with the company's long-term goals.

  • Evaluate partnerships to enhance market reach; provide periodic and ad-hoc report to support management decision as required


Client Relationship Management:



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.

  • Understand client requirements, anticipate needs, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the technical teams to deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions to clients.


Strategic Alliances and Partnerships:



  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with industry leaders and relevant organizations.

  • Negotiate and manage key stakeholders that drive mutual growth and benefit.

  • Develop and maintain a network of key industry influencers and decision-makers.


Team Leadership and Collaboration:



  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of professionals, including sales, product, and business development specialists

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving company goals.


Qualifications and Skills:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in business development or sales with at least 4 years managerial capacity and a track record of driving revenue growth.

  • Experience in technology sales is an advantage

  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.
