The Support Personnel will be responsible for
- Tracking and ensuring all issues relating to data center
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues with 2nd level support
- Troubleshooting and resolving cooling issue with 2nd level support
- Liaising with the team responsible for UPS, Network etc. installation and maintenance
- Providing periodic preventive maintenance as scheduled on IT asset
- Additional roles may be defined as required and identified during the envisioning stage
