Responsibilities

• Regulation of production process procedures to enhance consistency and uniqueness in services.


• Consistent cross check of hygiene and sanitation flow of all departments.


• Standardization of inventory grammages and standards for receiving all inventories.


• Overseeing storages i.e portioned store, production and customer services.


• Conducting routines and non routines of in- process materials, raw materials and finished products.


• Checking dimensions and surface quality of random batches of inventory items to ensure they meet the company quality and standard.


• Investigating customer complaints regarding qualities issues and develop a solutions.


• Assist in the development of needed records and standards and also maintain accurate system work flow.


• Generation and analysis of production reports if necessary.


• Collate all the departments reports on bad& damaged, returns and inter departments transfers daily reports.


• Performing the quality inspections process of recipes procedures and production process.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with at least 5 years experience.
