- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our product range, materials, and customization options to effectively guide customers in their selections.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company's growth and success.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adapt your sales strategies accordingly.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to provide feedback on customer preferences and trends, helping to shape future product offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
