This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Account Executive.
The Marketing Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining business relationships, acting as the middleman between the clients and the creative teams and providing analytical insights.
The role is located in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work from home.
Responsibilities
Managing client relationships and acting as the main point of contact between the client and other departments
Leading the approval process of creative execution and modalities as advised by the client
Ensuring client challenges & and opportunities are identified and treated promptly
Formulating and implementing effective creative brand marketing plans for clients alongside team
Organising and coordinating all internal and external meetings
Generating contact reports, briefs and in-house job reviews.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience in a creative/advertising/PR agency is a plus
Experience in client services and business relationship management
Strong client relations and customer satisfaction skills
Analytical skills to provide data-driven insights
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts.
