REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Master's degree or HR certification is preferred.


• 5+ years Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Human Resource Manager.


• Experience in oil and gas will be an added advantage.


• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.


• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.


• Proficient in HRIS and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.


• Willingness to travel outside resident state
