Qualifications and Experience



  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum of five years of computer-related support experience in a Windows OS environment.

  • Must hold Azure Fundamental, Azure Administrator certifications, and Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, as well as any IT support-related certifications such as CompTIA A+, Cisco Certified Network Associate, and ITIL foundation certified

  • Dedication to quality customer service and a deep understanding of enterprise-wide service delivery procedures.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.

  • Certifications (Evidence Required):

  • Microsoft Certification in Microsoft Office, Office 365 suite, and SharePoint.
