You will be responsible for tracking and correcting the company’s finances to help them make critical and well-informed decisions regarding the company’s finances.
Responsibilities
Ensure that all the financial records and statements are in line with the relevant laws and regulations and generally accepted account principles.
Remitting salaries and payee pensions.
Ability to prepare and file taxes for companies and individuals. Analyze all company assets and liabilities, including income and anticipated expenses and liabilities to reach a total tax obligation for the year.
Prepare and track budgets and financial forecasts.
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
Requirements
HND/BSc in Accounting.
Minimum 1-3 years of related work experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
Being a chartered accountant is an added advantage.
