We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team and help ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Develop and conduct training programs for production staff on quality systems, policies, and procedures.
Monitor and document production activities to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
In charge of all proposed certifications and standardization, including relationships with regulatory authorities.
Conduct microbial and chemical analyses of raw materials, finished products, and environmental samples.
Conduct sensory evaluations of products to ensure they meet the required specifications.
Maintain accurate records and document all quality control activities.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with all regulatory and customer requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control in the food industry.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
