Duties

• Manage relationship with clients


• Establishing and preserving connections with customers and important stakeholders ithin the organization.


• Proactively inform and counsel clients on changing immigration rules and procedure.


• To make sure that customers are happy with the organization's products and services, conduct regular client feedback surveys.


• To establish a friendly and professional working connection, schedule regular meeting


• Communication with embassies


• Serve as the primary point of contact for complaints and escalate problems as necessary.


• Help the sales team cross-sell or upsell services.


• Make sure that the business and its clients respect contracts.


• Management of travel documents and visa processing.


• Examine and approve each client's travel documentation.


• In all written and verbal communications with clients, make sure that all organizational policies are adhered to.


• Make sure to send the client nice messages.


• Make sure that all client communications are handled in the strictest of confidence.


• Assist clients with online application completion.


• oversee the coaching and consulting services provided to Clients in advance of appointment times for applications.


• Support given business activities and projects with administrative work.


• Help your direct report and other important stakeholders to resolve administrative problems.


• Execute the assignment for the client in accordance with all corporate procedures, regulations, and checklists.


• Create and edit documents such as emails, memos, drafts, reports, and communications.


• Ensure that the client's visa application is submitted and collected on time.


• Report on activity and progress each month.
