The Company is seeking to hire an experienced project finance analyst who will be responsible for providing analysis and support to the company during the financing process.
This role will include working with a variety of stakeholders to ensure that the project is properly financed and that all risks are taken into account.
The ideal candidate for this role must have a strong understanding of the financial market and the various financing options available and must also be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide analysis and support during the financing of the projects.
Engage with a wide array of stakeholders including transaction advisors to ensure the project is properly financed.
Consider all risks when financing a project and formulating risk mitigation strategies/plans to address such risks.
Ensure communication with all stakeholders involved in the project.
Identify, assess, and evaluate prospective investment opportunities with strong triple-bottom-line returns across various sectors, particularly in Energy.
Manage the pipeline of potential investments and develop comprehensive financial models to guide decision-making.
Economic modeling and sensitivity analysis.
Perform thorough market research, and competitive analysis, and draft robust investment cases and business plans
Oversee due diligence processes for potential investment cases and business plans.

Manage all aspects of deal documentation, legal review, and financial administration, liaising with external stakeholders as required.
Provide analytical assessments, including pricing analysis, competitive positioning, and return on investment calculations for new initiatives.
Deliver investor presentations, business plans, and strategic plans to support the company’s investment initiatives.
Undertake quarterly financial and business performance analyses, reporting directly to the investment manager.
Provide administration support to the investment team, coordinating meetings and managing scheduling needs.
Foster knowledge growth in social and environmental impact through innovative business models.
Participate in industry conferences and relevant events Company’s visibility and industry standing
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field, with excellent academic credentials
A professional qualification such as ACCA or CFA or a relevant Master’s degree will be highly advantageous
A minimum of 4-5 years ‘experience in investment banking or management consulting.
Relevant experience across multiple facets of business and financial management including budgeting, forecasting, financial statement analysis, strategic planning, etc.
Strong understanding of the financial market and the various financing options available
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, and a keen sense of humor.
