  • As a Product Sales Intern at Lidya, you will play an essential role in supporting our product sales and business development teams.

  • This internship is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about sales, building client relationships, and are eager to learn about the product sales process.

  • Your work will involve a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including but not limited to:


Key Duties and Responsibilities:


Lead Generation:



  • Identify and target potential clients and partners to generate new business opportunities.

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.

  • Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.

  • Collaborate with marketing to create compelling content and campaigns that attract leads.


Partner Onboarding:



  • Identify and assess potential partners to expand our network and capabilities.

  • Manage the onboarding process, including demos, negotiating agreements, setting expectations, and facilitating integration.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partners receive the necessary training and resources.


Partner Relationship Management:



  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive mutual growth.

  • Regularly communicate with partners to understand their needs, challenges, and feedback.

  • Act as a liaison between partners and our technical team to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate partner success and identify areas for improvement.


Customer Success Bridge:



  • Serve as a point of contact for partners to address technical inquiries, product issues, and support requests.

  • Collaborate with the technical team to prioritize and address partner-specific requirements.

  • Ensure partners are satisfied with our products and services and work proactively to resolve any issues.


Reporting and Analysis:



  • Maintain accurate records of leads, partner interactions, and progress.

  • Generate regular reports on lead generation, partner onboarding, and partner relationship management efforts.

  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.


Desired Qualifications and Skillset:



  • Recently completed a Bachelor's degree program in any field of study.

  • Must have graduated with a 2nd class lower or HND lower credit and above.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Enthusiasm for sales and a customer-centric mindset.

  • Detail-oriented and organized.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and strategies is a plus.
