In-depth assessment of loan applications and collection of detailed information personal, business, and guarantees in preparation of loan proposals.
Analyze and interpret the financial statements of businesses with the use of Microsoft Excel to access the repayment capacity and financial soundness of the borrower.
Requirements
Minimum of B.Sc / HND in any discipline.
5 - 10 years SME lending experience, preferably in a commercial bank.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Target-driven and result-oriented.
Attentive to details.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
A strong understanding of small and medium-sized enterprises and their financial needs.
Familiarity with local laws and regulations governing microfinance banks in Nigeria.
Ability to provide professional services to HIGH NET WORTH CLIENTS.
Demonstrate good self-esteem and confidence.
Strong analytical and financial skills with a focus on cash flow analysis and forecasting.
