We seek to hire a Business Development Officer who will be responsible for the firm's better brand recognition and financial growth.


Job Summary


The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively securing new customers as well as maintaining existing clients by selling the firm's products and services.


Functions and Responsibilities



  • Developing plans for business and revenue growth

  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives

  • Managing existing clients

  • Researching prospective accounts in target markets

  • Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle

  • Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients

  • Developing strategies to meet set goals

  • Attending conferences and industry events to engage with prospective clients

  • Drive and self-motivation


Qualification and Experience Required:



  • First Degree in any social sciences

  • MBA / MSC is a plus

  • Professional Qualified from recognized bodies

  • At least 7 years and above hands-on experience

  • Working experience in a consulting firm is an edge
