Job Overview

We are seeking a versatile IT Executive to provide technical support and expertise across various aspects of our company's information technology. The IT Executive will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.


• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and device drivers.


• Manage and support computer networks, including LAN, WAN, and VPN configurations.


• Offer technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software-related problems.


• Conduct routine system and software audits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.


• Collaborate with IT vendors for procurement, maintenance, and repair services.


• Assist in evaluating and selecting new hardware and software technologies.


• Document technical processes, procedures, and system configurations.


• Participate in IT project planning, implementation, and management as needed.


• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications

• Relevant certifications or degrees in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field


• Proven experience in hardware and software repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance.


• Proficiency in installing and configuring operating systems and software applications.


• Knowledge of computer networking, including LAN, WAN, and VPN configurations.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective technical support to end-users.


• Familiarity with IT procurement processes and vendor management.


• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.


• Flexibility and adaptability to handle a wide range of IT responsibilities.
