Responsibilities



  • Manage and organize all paperwork ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

  • Conduct site visits as necessary to represent the company or gather relevant information.

  • Assist in day-to-day administrative duties to support the CEO, including but not limited to calendar management, meeting coordination, and email correspondence.

  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other departments or external workers.

  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meetingdeadlines.

  • Support with special projects or assignments as delegated by the CEO.


Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree or HND is required

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant

  • Basic to advanced knowledge in content creation

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent communication(verbal and written) skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

  • Proactive and willingness to learn.
