Responsibilities



  • Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed across branches.

  • Systematically filing important company/repair documents.

  • Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.

  • Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms.

  • Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment across branches.

  • Ensure the company vehicles are in good shape by ensuring they are serviced as and when due.

  • Assist the HR department.

  • Attend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and Senior Management.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Business Management is advantageous.

  • A minimum of 4 years of work experience.

  • Proven experience working in an office environment.

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

  • Working knowledge of business management.

  • The ability to multitask.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Effective communication skills.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
