  • Responsible for onboarding Customer, agent, and merchant

  • Develop relationship with stakeholders, working with them to optimize and achieve business objectives

  • Tracking, Monitoring, and Evaluating Onboarding Processes

  • Report Writing

  • Implement robust KYC procedures to verify the identities of new clients and partners

  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence, background checks, and documentation validation to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

  • Stay updated on the ever-evolving financial regulatory landscape and adapt KYC procedures accordingly.

  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to facilitate the onboarding process smoothly.

  • Oversee the completion and accuracy of all necessary contracts, agreements, and documentation during the onboarding process.

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to keep them informed of onboarding progress

  • Maintain meticulous and confidential records of all onboarding activities, including KYC documentation.

  • Organize and archive records for easy accessibility, auditing, and reporting purposes.

  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the onboarding and KYC procedures.

  • Assist in developing and implementing improved onboarding and KYC protocols to maintain efficiency and compliance.

  • Any other duty as may be required that is in line with the nature of job and level of responsibility.


Requirements



  • 0-3 years’ experience in the area of specialisation.

  • Experience in onboarding administration within the financial industry, with a strong grasp of KYC requirements.

  • Deep knowledge of financial industry regulations and compliance standards.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in using software and tools for documentation and record keeping.

  • Excellent organisational skill
