Position Overview

• As a Seasoned Podcast Studio and Event Manager at Darl Studio, you will be at the heart of creating captivating podcasts and memorable live events.


• You will be responsible for orchestrating the entire process, from podcast recording and production to event planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of podcast production, including planning, recording, post-production, and video editing.


• Direct podcast studio sessions, ensuring a high standard of audio and video quality.


• Organize and execute liveevents coverage, both in-studio and on-location.


• Coordinate logistics, including guest bookings, recording schedules, technical equipment, and more.


• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful podcast and event delivery.


• Lead a team of podcast professionals and event staff, providing guidance and support throughout the process.


• Ensure the studio and event operations comply with safety regulations and necessary permits.


• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during podcast recording, video editing, or event execution.


• Cultivate strong relationships with podcast guests, sponsors, and event partners to ensure successful collaborations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification


• Proven experience in podcast production, video editing, and event management, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.


• Strong organizational and project management skills.


• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.


• Proficiency in podcasting, audio and video editing software.


• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.


• Keen attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills.
