Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain company-owned trucks and vehicles.


• Transport goods and materials over short and long distances.


• Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and secure the load for transport.


• Perform routine vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.


• Plan routes to meet delivery schedules and optimize fuel efficiency.


• Maintain accurate logs and records of driving and rest periods.


• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members.


• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and traffic laws.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification


• 4 years of truck driving experience.


• Valid Driver's License and LASRRA


• Clean driving record with no major violations.


• Knowledge of federal and state transportation regulations.


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and in a team.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
