Job Description



  • The bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

  • The bookkeeper accounts payable by recording and tracking all expenses, including invoices from suppliers, utilities, and other service providers.

  • He handles accounts receivable by recording sales, generating invoices, and tracking payments from customers.

  • Preparing and filing financial documents

  • Update and maintain the general ledger

  • Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system

  • Recording of debits and credits

  • Maintain the trial balance, by a reconciliation of general ledgers

  • Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions

  • Use knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements

  • Monitor any variances from the projected budget.


Job Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 2 - 4 years work experience.

  • Knowledgeable in Excel.
