Ensure friendly and neat environment to attract more customers to the bank
Ensuring operational efficiency in line with BOFIA and related Banking requirements.
Ensure customer satisfaction on all the transactions and provide proofer solutions or alternatives to issues & complaints raised by customers.
Update, monitor and maintain proper records & documentation of branch's transactions daily basis
Coordination/Monitoring of Operations unit (CSU/FTL/C & T) to ensure the achievement of stated turnaround times for products/services on daily basis
Handling bank's correspondence with other banks to ensure excellent service delivery to our customers
Monitoring & supervising usage, ordering and issuance/custodian of live cheques leaves
Ensure reduction in transaction error rates and reversal by value and frequency
Ensure provision of timely report on branch Operations (MPR Report, Proof of GL, Daily Operational report, Dormancy report, outstanding ATM cards and cheque book report)l
Supervise the administration of the vault and ensure the branch operates within Insured Limits and excess cash lodged with our corresponding banks with approval as and when necessary
Monitoring of correspondence banks statement for proper transaction entries as well as reconciliation of same
Ensure smooth operations of the branch, running and maintaining all branch equipment. Ensure cost reduction in all ramifications.
