Key Responsibilities

• Mechanical Expertise: Perform routine maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs on our fleet of Ford E350 vans series. This includes but is not limited to, engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, and electrical systems.


• Fleet Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring vehicles are in optimal condition for daily use.


• Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement regular maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure the longevity of our vehicles.


• Spare Parts Management: Maintain an inventory of spare parts and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability.


• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions to our operations.


• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all vehicles meet safety and compliance standards set by relevant authorities.


• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs, as well as cost tracking.


• Cost Management: Monitor and manage the budget for fleet maintenance and repairs.
