Key Responsibilities:
- Determining the structure and design of web pages and mobile apps.
- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Next.js.
- Ensuring user experience determines design choices.
- Developing features to enhance the user experience.
- Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
- Ensuring design is optimized for smartphones.
- Building reusable code for future use.
- Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
- Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages.
- Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design.
- Work closely with design and back-end teams to translate design mockups into responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces.
- Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and SEO.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our development processes continually.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of front-end development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong experience with Next.js and React.
- Understanding of state management (e.g., Redux) and API integrations.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with TypeScript.
- Knowledge of web security best practices.
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
