Job Description



  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs, modules, and materials for various employee levels and functions.

  • Tailor training content to align with company objectives, industry trends, and employee development needs.

  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and presentations both in-person and through digital platforms.

  • Introduce and leverage e-learning platforms and other current technology-based training tools to enhance the training experience.

  • Collaborate with Regional Managers to identify training gaps and areas requiring improvement for Mobile Business Executives (MBEs).

  • Liaise with Regional Managers to identify suitable trainers for specific training needs and oversee each trainer’s welfare and timely compensation.

  • Conduct post-training performance evaluation to assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and metrics.

  • Document and maintain accurate records/database of all trainers per location, training activities, participant attendance, and training materials.

  • Monitor, evaluate, and maintain detailed records of training process, delivery, and impact.


Qualifications



  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field with a minimum of 4 years proven work experience in the retail industry.

  • The Practical Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma / SCRUM Competencies & Skills is required.

  • Good Presentation Skills

  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Excellent mentorship and leadership skills

  • Strategic mindset and Creative & Problem-solving skills.
