Job Description

• Welcome guests to the hotel and carry their luggage.


• Answer questions about rooms and make reservations.


• Schedule car hire services, and taxis and book tickets for guests.


• Picking up and delivering dry cleaning.


• Taking messages.


• Giving directions and informing guests about the hotel's facility and things they need to know.


• Move furniture or equipment to set up rooms or the conference hall for events.


• Respond to customers' distress calls, like faulty room keys etc


• Ensure reception is free from clutter at all times.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / OND qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience in the hotel industry.
