Job Description

• Design HVAC systems.


• Calculate heating and cooling needs to determine how much heating and cooling power various equipment must put out in order to heat or cool spaces when needed.


• Interpret construction plans, schematics and blue prints for new construction projects. Also draft new plans to design the piping system.


• Coordinate and collaborate with engineers when designing heating and cooling systems.


• Develop construction drawings utilizing AutoCAD MEP in 3D.


• Provide program management to support department milestone activities Identify current model quality and value up ideas support adoption.


• Identifies, investigates, and recommends improvements in products, systems, or processes to improve the application or operation.


• Able to present their technical work.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree


• 3 year of experience with AutoCAD or equivalent tool, Microsoft Excel and project.


• Experience in delivering projects in BIM and relevant discipline software.
