Roles and Responsibilities:

Coordinators:

• Collaborate with TCKZone team to identify schools and communities for program implementation.


• Conduct needs assessments to determine the requirements for training.


• Create a detailed list of resources needed, including cost estimates.


• Coordinate and oversee logistics for program delivery.


• Document all expenses, track receipts, and provide regular reports.


• Support the selection of instructors and volunteers for training.

Instructors:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging training sessions to young students in the areas of coding, design, game development, website development, illustration, and basic computer skills.


• Create and enhance course materials to ensure optimal learning outcomes.


• Provide mentorship and support to students throughout the training.


• Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods as needed.


• Collaborate with the TCKZone team to continually improve program content and delivery.

Volunteers:

• Support instructors during training sessions.


• Assist with logistical aspects of the program, such as setup and coordination.


• Serve as positive role models and mentors to the students.


• Collaborate with the TCKZone team to create a conducive learning environment.


• Contribute to the success of the program by offering time, expertise, and a passion for education.

Requirements:

Coordinators:

• Strong organizational and project management skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Ability to manage budgets and expenses effectively.


• A passion for empowerment and education.


• Proficiency in using digital tools for record-keeping.

Instructors:

• Expertise in one or more areas of digital skills (coding, design, game development, website development, illustration, basic computer skills).


• Teaching or mentoring experience.


• Creativity and enthusiasm for education.


• Strong problem-solving skills.


• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Volunteers:

• Enthusiasm for education and empowerment.
