JOB DESCRIPTION

• Updation of various Documents into Finance Module such as- cash /bank/JV/ Debit Notes/ Credit notes etc


• Invoicing from the module as well as module invoicing


• Bill booking; handling creditors payment including fund planning and management


• Reporting on debtors outstanding


• Bank Reconciliation


• Customer A/C reconciliation


• WHT deduction on payments and remittance


• Review of WHT outstanding from customers and initiate for collection


• Booking of petty cash expenses

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Knowledge of Finance Software Operations


• Sound knowledge of Microsoft suite;excel to be precise


• Knowledge of VAT/WHT/PAYE 


• Prior work experience in Malls (added advantage)

Location: Town Planning, Ilupeju Lagos.

Salary: N80,000 - N100,000
