Responsibilities
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Maintaining records of transactions and interactions
Represent the Brand and the organization with the utmost professionalism
Ensure service and product flyer and information is available and visible at outlets
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services that will help to aid service sales at the different outlets of deployment
Prospect walk in customers to ensure that service is delivered.
Engage customers to interest them in the organization’s Service
Ensure Live Demos where applicable to aid sales
Educate customers on the Service and products
Ensure proper display of products and price guides for consistency
Ensure customer complaints with regards to the products and services are solved timely
Ensure exceptional cleanliness and orderliness of the work area
Daily and monthly Sales reporting
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Basic Requirements
Minimum of a Degree or OND.
1 - 2 years of work experience.
Experience in retail or Store Sales.
Excellent communication skills - Eloquent and comfortable talking to strangers
Great Negotiation skills.
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Ability to work independently
Excellent observation skills
Physically Agile as a job role may dictate standing.
