  • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Promotional Venue Executive to join our team.

  • The Promotional Venue Executive will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and promoting our properties to potential buyers through on-site marketing and promotional activities at various outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:



  • Actively engage with potential customers visiting our outlets and provide information about Chateau-Royal’s properties.

  • Collect and maintain a database of potential leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Use various lead generation strategies to attract individuals interested in property investments.

  • Property Promotion:

  • Develop a strong understanding of Chateau-Royal’s properties portfolio to effectively convey the benefits and features to potential buyers.

  • Organize and participate in promotional events, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our properties to the public.

  • Prepare and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.


Customer Relationship Management:



  • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.

  • Address inquiries, provide follow-up information, and arrange property viewings as necessary.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure a seamless transition of leads to the sales process.


Reporting:



  • Regularly report on lead generation and conversion activities, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.

  • Daily Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent customer service and presentation abilities.

  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for property sales.

  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and Chateau-Royal property portfolio (a plus).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
