About the Role


Klasha is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Marketing Associate to lead the marketing function on a contract basis. The ideal candidate is a versatile marketer, with a focus on growth, capable of working both independently and as part of a small team in a Seed-stage startup environment. In this role, you will play a crucial role in shaping Klasha's marketing strategy, brand voice, and customer acquisition efforts.


Key Responsibilities



  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute Klasha's marketing roadmap, aligning it with the company's objectives.

  • Brand Development: Craft and maintain the company's brand voice to ensure effective communication with customers and partners.

  • Customer Acquisition: Lead all aspects of growth marketing to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

  • Content Development: Collaborate with senior management to position Klasha and create content that supports the sales team.

  • Marketing Playbook: Create a comprehensive marketing playbook for the company.

  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with the Talent team to build a compelling employer brand.

  • Agency and Partner Management: Manage agency relationships and partnerships to maximize marketing efforts.

  • Local Market Understanding: Understand and execute marketing strategies tailored to local market conditions.

  • Goal Setting and Monitoring: Establish, monitor, and report on marketing team goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Process Automation: Implement and refine internal marketing processes for efficiency.

  • Communication: Organize and lead departmental communications to ensure alignment and coordination.

  • Consumer Insights: Analyze consumer behavior and develop customer personas.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to assess Klasha's position in an ever-changing environment.


Qualifications





  • 3+ years of proven experience in leading a marketing function, preferably in fintech or related domains.

  • A well-rounded marketer with a growth mindset, capable of overseeing an omnichannel marketing function.

  • Proficiency in demand generation strategies.

  • Automation and analytics expertise, with knowledge of relevant tools.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make data-driven recommendations.

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills to win the trust of external and internal partners.

  • High level of determination and tenacity.
