Job Description



Duties



  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all employee data on HRIS

  • Initiate and carry out the scheduled HR Policy reviews and updates in collaboration with stakeholders

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

  • Support the HR manager in the automation of HR Processes and other operational tasks

  • Coordinate various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses

  • Efficiently manage the end-to-end employee onboarding process

  • Ensure proper Annual & Sick Leave documentation & record for employees.

  • Ensure employee CUG lines are active at all times.

  • Ensure compliance with ICSL recruitment process map.

  • Monitor compliance with HR policies and processes and provide compliance reports

  • Ensure that references are sent out for new employees

  • Provide support to the Head of Human Resources in coordinating performance management activities


Keep track of the company’s compliances such as:



  • Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) number

  • Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) permit

  • Association of Telecommunication Companies of Nigeria (ATCON) membership

  • Pension Commission (PENCOM) Compliance

  • Lagos State Public Procurement Agency (LASPPA)

  • Bureau of Public Procurement BPP

  • NSITF

  • ITF
