First Degree in a relevant course from an Accredited University (MBA/ Masters in a Business related course is an added advantage).
The ideal candidate should have approximately 8 – 10 years of relevant work experience with a proven track record of success in HR generalist functions.
He/she will partner with business unit leaders and key stakeholders in shaping, developing and delivering people initiatives, HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of the organization.
Experience in the interior design industry
Emotional Intelligence, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability work within high pressure/performance organization.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and foster trust and respect.
Keen knowledge of talent acquisition process and best practices.
Knowledge of Labour law and global employment standards.
