Job Description


Administrative Support:



  • Organize and manage the executive's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive.

  • Prepare and maintain important documents, reports, and presentations.


Travel Arrangements:



  • Arrange travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

  • Create itineraries and ensure travel arrangements run smoothly.


Office Management:



  • Maintain a well-organized office, including managing supplies and equipment.

  • Keep track of important deadlines and assist in project management.


Data Management:



  • Manage and maintain confidential information and documents.

  • Organize and update files, records, and databases.


Communication Liaison:



  • Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Relay messages, instructions, and requests effectively.


Research and Analysis:



  • Conduct research on various topics as needed.

Requirements
