To create a positive and welcoming environment for visitors and providing efficient administrative support to the organization.
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, clients, or customers and provide a positive first impression
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and attending to phone calls promptly and professionally
- Register and check in visitors, issue visitor tags and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal staff members, external stakeholders, and visitors. Facilitate effective communication within the office.
- Maintain accurate records, files and databases related to visitors, appointments and other administrative tasks.
- Addressing and resolving basic inquiries or issues raised by visitors or staff members, and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate employee for further resolution.
- Handling unexpected situations or interruptions while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour.
Requirements
- Minimum of BSC/HND in Business Administration or any related course
- Proven experience in relevant field.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages
- Smart with great interpersonal skill
- Good corporate poise and appearance
- Female preferred .
