Job Summary


To create a positive and welcoming environment for visitors and providing efficient administrative support to the organization.


Responsibilities



  • Welcome visitors, clients, or customers and provide a positive first impression

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and attending to phone calls promptly and professionally

  • Register and check in visitors, issue visitor tags and ensure compliance with security protocols. 

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal staff members, external stakeholders, and visitors. Facilitate effective communication within the office.

  • Maintain accurate records, files and databases related to visitors, appointments and other administrative tasks. 

  • Addressing and resolving basic inquiries or issues raised by visitors or staff members, and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate employee for further resolution.

  • Handling unexpected situations or interruptions while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour.


Requirements



  • Minimum of BSC/HND in Business Administration or any related course

  • Proven experience in relevant field.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages

  • Smart with great interpersonal skill

  • Good corporate poise and appearance

  • Female preferred .
