Position Summary
- The Human Resources Executive (HR Executive) will work closely with our Principal Consultant to coordinate the deployment of HR solutions to a wide range of clients across a variety of sectors including finance, healthcare, education and not-for-profit.
- The job holder will be responsible for leading HR consulting projects, addressing client needs and contributing to the successful delivery of HR services.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Consulting Projects
- Assist in the development and execution of HR consulting projects.
- Contribute to the creation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare reports, presentations and deliverables for clients.
Compliance and Regulation
- Stay updated on labour laws and HR regulations to ensure clients are in compliance.
- Provide guidance on HR compliance matters, such as employment law and workplace policies.
Recruitment and Talent Management
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for diverse grade hires and functional roles.
- Support clients with their recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
- Assist in talent management activities, including performance reviews and employee development.
Employee Relations
- Assist clients with employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
- Help in the development of employee engagement strategies.
Training and Development
- Participate in the design and delivery of HR training and development programmes for clients.
Client Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and maintain positive client relationships.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their HR needs, challenges, and goals.
- Conduct HR assessments, audits, and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Collect, record and analyse employee information and data, generating reports and recommendations based on data insights.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing client records, and maintaining project documentation.
Minimum Requirements and Skills
- A minimum of 5 years proven HR experience, working in within a consulting firm or corporate in-house HR team.
- Technology savvy - proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word and Power Point) and HR tools such as ATS, pre-employment screening platforms and HRIS. Comfort using Google Suite will also be an advantage.
- Outstanding organisational skills, good time management, ability to prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly and strong attention to detail.
- Up to date knowledge of HR best practice, employment law, employment documentation and employment contracts.

- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- A minimum of a University Degree/HND (or its equivalent) in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations or other related courses of study.
- A relevant HR professional certification or currently enrolled and at the final stage i.e. CIPM, CIPD, HRCI, SHRM etc
- An understanding of and willingness to work in a start-up work environment.
