SUMMARY:


We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Officer with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.


RESPONSIBILITIES: 



  • Identify sales leads among new and existing customers, and maintain client relationships.

  • Engage in the buying and selling of foreign exchange from end-users, or any other source.

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

  • Develop new business by scouting leads via the internet, phone, mailings, and tradeshows.

  • Managing customers, confirming sales appointments and performing long-term follow-ups.

  • Ensure compliance in the dealings of the purchase and sale of foreign exchange

  • Ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.

  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

  • Keeping abreast of the foreign exchange market trends.


REQUIREMENTS 



  • First degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • 2- 3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Communication and negotiation skills

  • Market knowledge.

  • Trustworthy.

  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
